Book a Seated Brunch Party

I want to opt out of Nox desserts and bring my own for a fee of $50

No desserts at all

I understand that there are two options for brunch parties at Nox:

• Semi-private patio party for 20–25 guests, with a $1,000 minimum spend (food and drink)

• Fully private party for 25–35 guests, with a $1,500 minimum spend (food and drink)

I understand that lunch parties at Nox are available Thursday to Saturday between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. A fee applies for other days.*

I understand the following fees apply in addition to the minimum spend:

• $500 for private seated parties

• $500 for semi-private cocktail party setup

• $1,000 for private cocktail parties (includes rental and setup)

I understand that an 18% automatic gratuity is applied to all large parties, in addition to the minimum spend.*

I understand that a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and will be deducted from the final bill. The remaining balance must be paid in person at the end of the event using cash, debit, or credit.*

I understand that the cancellation policy requires at least two weeks' notice to cancel the entire event and receive a refund of my deposit.*

I understand that a minimum of one week's notice is required to adjust the guest count. If changes are made with less than one week's notice, the charge will be based on the original booking, regardless of attendance.*

I understand that guests who are drinking should not be driving. Please encourage them to use a designated driver or take an Uber/taxi. Please note that we are legally required to prevent intoxicated individuals from driving, and this rule applies even at private functions.*
