I understand the grazing table is priced at $48 per person and will be prepared and billed based on the number of guests indicated on the form. Add-ons will also be billed based on the number of guests.*

I understand the minimum spend requirements:

• $2,000 for a semi-private cocktail party (food and drink)

• $3,000 for a fully private cocktail party (food and drink)

I understand the following fees apply in addition to the minimum spend:

• $500 for private seated parties

• $500 for semi-private cocktail party setup

• $1,000 for private cocktail parties (includes rental and setup)

I understand that an 18% automatic gratuity is applied to all large parties*

I understand that a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and will be deducted from the final bill. The remaining balance must be paid in person at the end of the event using cash, debit, or credit*

I understand that the cancellation policy requires at least two weeks' notice to cancel the entire event and receive a refund of my deposit*

I understand that a minimum of one week's notice is required to adjust the guest count. If changes are made with less than one week's notice, the charge will be based on the original booking, regardless of attendance*
